REPP SPEAKS AT FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

REPP presented lessons learned from Powering the South for Florida and proposed a Rooftop PV Development Program for Florida at the July 2, 2002 Florida Public Service Commission Renewable Energy Technology Assessment Workshop. REPP's testimony provides an economic analysis for Florida PV program development, taking into account policies such as peak-pricing opt-in and capital buydowns to improve the economics of PV.
