Bioenergy & EPA
Hi all -
My company, ICF Consulting, is currently in the process of identifying EPA
regulations that might serve as barriers to bioenergy and we would
appreciate your input. Essentially, we're trying to identify the common EPA
"hoops" that bioenergy operations must go through, as well as some of the
more realistic short-term policy opportunities for EPA to facilitate
bioenergy development. We're interested in the whole spectrum of bioenergy
technologies.
I'd be especially interested in hearing about your own experience with EPA
in getting your facility off the ground and running. This includes regs
that affected getting your project permitted and those that have been
ongoing.
This project is in support of EPA's Office of Policy, Economics, and
Innovation.
Please feel free to contact me by e-mail or by phone (see number below).
Thank you for your input.
