Lubricants from Vegetable Oils

Hi Bioenergy-netters -
Although it is a bit off-topic, I think many of you might be
interested...

I wanted to let the list know that ILSR's Carbohydrate Economy program
has just released a report "Lubricants from Vegetable Oils" You can
find a link to more information on the report and ordering info on
ILSR's home page at http://www.ilsr.org/

Here is a brief description:
Vegetable oil-based lubricants are emerging as a high-performance
environmentally friendly alternative to the more commonly purchased
petroleum oil lubricants. "Lubricants from Vegetable Oil" is the
Carbohydrate Economy Program's latest report, and the third in our
Industrial Products from the Soil series. It provides an overview of the
use of vegetable oil-based lubricants in industrial and automotive
applications, and identifies companies that sell these products.
