RE: dust explosions

An explosion is just a rapid-combustion process. Any substance which can be
oxidized can explode. I suggest you read about flammability limits if you
would like to research the topic.
Dust explosions can occur in many facilities, but one of the most prominent
places are grain silos. Of course, grain can be used as a fuel, but it has
much higher value as food.

Sorry to intrude,I've been reading on the solstice/crest page.Haven't
figured out how to ask a question there,I live in Vancouver,WA so I guess
we are neighbors.
My interest is in dust explositivity as a power source, being naive,I don't
understand, why it is not commercially feasible.I realize you are in
business as a consultant, curious as to the price to find out what the
inherent problems are that makes it not feasible.
My name is Russ Johnson, email is
