A(nother) blast from the Cato Institute

In cas you haven't seen it yet, there is a negative "study" from the
arch-conservative Cato Institute. They attempt to "hang us by our own
petard," using the DOE Technical Characterizations and specious data and
quotes from EIA and others. You can find it at
http://www.cato.org/pubs/pas/pa422.pdf
If you print it out, you will find it an excellent liner for your cat litter
box.

As we all know, Americans would like to buy environmentally friendly
electricity. It's up to people like us to get it to them.
