Opinions on SMBS from CPC?

The Community Power Corporation http://www.gocpc.com/
is building a portable biomass unit called a Biomax.

This unit has been in trials in the Philippines and on the Hoopa
reservation in Northern California. It is about to be granted to a few
communities for further demonstration trials through a program called Small
Modular Biopower System (SMBS) by the US Forest Service's Forest Products
Lab and DOE's NREL.

I would like to hear comments from this esteemed group on the relative
merits of this system.

Thanks,
Thomas
