Off-line Bioenergy Plants

I hope that someone on the list can help us; we are trying to find out
details of bioenergy plants in California and the other western US states
that are currently off-line and may be on the market or interested in
discussing joint ventures to come back on line. We have tried to contact
the Californian Biomass Energy Association via their website but without
success. Information on plants, or other contacts, would be much
appreciated.

Regards,
