Re: Emission from Landfilled Wood

Dear Amit,

You can try also the following link http://www.ipcc-nggip.iges.or.jp/public/gl/invs6d.htm
This is the site which gives information on the Revised 1996 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, Reference Manual (Volume 3), Land use change and forestry. It should contain information on emission factors related to land use change used by national governments to calculate national emissions figures.

Dear Amit,
You could start by going to the World Bank Prototype Carbon Fund website at
www.prototypecarbonfund.org.
Another source is via www.usepa.org

Dear All,
I am a graduate student at University of Albeta, Canada. I am looking
for a methane emission factor for landfilled wood when it decomposes
anaerobically. Can anyone give me some information on this or suggest
some references?

I would really appreciate the help.

regards,
amit
