POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW, Hawai'i Natural Energy Institute, SOEST, federal funds. To begin approximately 06/16. Training to be Performed: Participate in experimental research in areas of biomass gasification and fuel (liquid and/or solid) processing for fuel cell utilization; development of laboratory and field diagnostics for alkali quantification in high temperature gas streams. Minimum Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent in engineering or related field. Demonstrated ability in conducting experimental research. Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to conduct research with minimum supervision. Stipend: $3,750 per month.
