PP-PE waste to energy...

Dear Colleagues,

I have a question more on the field of waste to energy than on
renewable energies. If anyone knows a similar discussion group on waste
to energy please send me a note.

I am looking for technologies, systems, that can use polypropylene and
polyethylene waste to generate energy. The PP and PE blend is in the
form of soft webs that can be shredded to small sizes.

Currently this waste is sold to other factories that make plastic parts
out of it but I believe that it will be more financially sound for the
originator of this waste to use it to generate power for its own
consumption but I am not aware of any system to combust or gasify such
waste. Any idea of a similar application somewhere???

Thanks in advance,

Jean
