Dear Lowell and Paul,

The reason for the photovoltaic program being preferred is, in my opinion, that photovoltaic is "modern" and "fashionable" as well as in the interest of many research institutes and, do not forget, engineers pushing it.
The sun comes from high above and NASA is looking into the stars.

As far as digesters are concerned, you read Chuck Steiners view, that it is an old method, probably smells and has to do with wastes.

It is simple PSYCHOLOGY !!!

Please do not get me wrong, I am not against the photovolatic program, in contrary I am for sunenergy utilisation, as we have it here in Queensland as a very popular source of energy.
It is just amazing what lobbying groups can achieve.
