DIG-L: end-product stability tests

Dear list member,

Can someone help me to find the best method to test the stability of a
compost or liquid endproduct of anaerobic digestion of manure (with or
without co-substrates)?

For now they use only the dry matter content to conclude a stability. On
the other hand tests show that stability isn't assured in that case! We see
a destruction of N in the product.

In Belgium we have to export such endproducts which means that the quality
of the endproduct is very important!

Thank you,
Wouter Platteau
