There is a fairly useful booklet out on centralised biogas plants in
Denmark.

It's titled "Centralised Biogas Plants - Integrated Energy Production, Waste
Treatment and Nutrient Redistribution Facilities".

Copies are available from the University of Southern Denmark, The Bioenergy
Department.

Unfortunately I don't have a contact, so he'll have to do a web search.
