Fish processing waste may be too high in nitrogen. That is what I found in 
the fish processing industry in Thailand. You would have to know the C/N 
ratio first before the suitability for a biogas production can be assessed.
However, I suggested in Thailand to mix the fish processing waste with 
another waste rich in carbon so you can have a ratio suitable for biogas 
production.
Jeff, can you analyse carbon and nitrogen       in your waste and tell us 
the ratio ?
