DIG-L: overloaded reactor

Hello,

we have a 1500 m3 CSTR reactor, digesting 20 m3/day of acidified pig manure
+ fat + food leftover.

We have 7 g/l Propionate, 2 g/l acetate - propionate does not go down (60 %
CH4, pH 7.7). has anybody experiences with such high levels of propionate?

Greetings
Ernst
