DIG-L: Control of pathogens in Danemark

I would like to know if somebody could send me informations on the danish legislation for controls of pathogens.

 

I would like to know if procedures, protocols or methods already exist in Danish legislation for the hygienisation validation with test microorganisms inoculation like in Germany. If yes, could you send me this methods (even if is writing in Danish) ? If no, do you know scientific references on the subject and who's working in Danemark on this problems ?
