I have finally convinced Pima County that the aerobic system for dealing with garbage is not useful here. We don't get enough rain and The U of AZ has dug up newspapers saying "the Germans are nearing Paris". They have asked me to design a small anaerobic test system and I am trying to find an in-the-ground liner. It would have to meet EPA rules, but I really need to be in the ground for constant temperature. Can you help find a supplier? Prof. Stuart A.
