Dear Tom, Len, & the professionals in AD,

The list really seems to have become quiet.
I thought I should initiate a discussion which could be of some help to the
professionals in this field or at least be lead to some interesting debate.

I am a professional microbiologist working in the field of Anaerobic
Digestion since 1988 in India.
I was closely associated with the initial technology transfers of High Rate
Biomethanation systems  from the European technology suppliers to Indian
Companies in India, followed by the industrial/commercial applications and
am still associated in the R&D and the operations of industrial
Biomethanation plants .
I have been a close observer to the initial euphoria, followed by
scepticism, followed by confidence followed by cynical stagnation of these
potentially good technologies.
I had presented a paper last year at a seminar which I am sending here as an
attachment.

I would like to know the experiences of professionals, experts ,and views of
all of where do they think the high rate biomethanation is heading.
