G'day All,

A few comments to start discussion.

The library and comment/reply mechanism would be very useful - in fact
the "Beginners Tour of Biogas" was an attempt to make information easier
to access.

The live discussion room would be useful in some situations, but with
members around the world timing would be problematical (my wife would
kill me if I got up at 2 am - or any time - to join a discussion!). Most
of us seem to be busy, so the time freedom of the list is useful. If a
live forum was needed for some purpose there are a number of providers
who could be used - I have tried Yahoo and their group and chat forums
seem quite useful.

As a general comment remember that there is a wide range of interests
represented and a wide range of locations - thankyou for being
considerate of sloww access times for people in some areas.

I think the remaining functions would grow out of the first three (as a
simplification) and realise that someone is going to have a lot of work
to do.
