I'm looking for info on relatively small sized, inexpensive A.D. Plant design for a demonstration project I'm developing in New York City. My hopes are to process about 10 tons a day or less of restaurant and residential food waste. The key features I'm looking for are inexpensive and modular or easily assembled with a relatively small foot-print. Space restriction and permiting requirements will also play a major role in what will work. The goal of the demonstration is to supply power and fertilizer to a year round greenhouse. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
