DIG-L: Compressing biogas....

Thanks for the link to DeMontfort University Duncan.
( Website: www.dmu.ac.uk/ln/itc )
It brought back memories of my past in GB, (Leicester) and it also
helped me to feel more confident about certain issues seeing them
presented in the tour.

One thing which I saw which interests me is the booster pump for biogas.
Can you tell me a bit more about this, and compressing biogas on a
whole?

The booster pump seems to be just some type of blower?? HAve you (or
anyone else) ever compressed biogas, and to what success?

Im just thinking of transporting gas to say 100-150 meters away, to gas
lamps and maybe an engine.
