Hey Tony, Biogaslist, I am sorry I was tired when I wrote the mail and
didnt spell-check well. I realise it was a hard read.

I meant a single or "tandem" configuration of gas cleaners, 2 is fine,
valved in such a way that one could regenerate one while using the
other, and so on. There is no need to disconnect them, if you figure out
your piping properly.... I was meaning to ask in that mail whether or
not it was feasible to regenerate in the same vessel over and over...and
Ken C Calvert responded a (yes), "the chemistry of the process is
endless."
So that took care of that...so it is possible...Yippeee!! THanks
gentlemen!! :) Ok so Im getting excited over something that probably
routine for you... :) :)

When one tank is "isolated" I guess you would have to vent the barrel
first and then after a preset time...AERATE the tank, and then close the
valves again, after regeneration and hold that second tank on
standby. What is the reactivity like on say a 45 gallon plastic drum of
gas? Is this safe on the open to vent directly to air, with good
ventilation? Or is it wise to put in some arrangement to flare this gas
in the barrels?
By the way, Im sure there are ways of keeping the reaction tank away
from the inside of the plastic barrel to prevent heat reaching it. One
could use cinder blocks, or refractory bricks to do this, or use a
stanless steel cylinder to hold the steel scraps??

I am thinking seriously of building one of these tandem systems, so I
will send some pics and I go along.
