HI Joe, (Anthony Simm), and listers..
12VDC_Power people may be interested in knowing that alternators and
chargers can be run indirectly by biogas driven engines.
Ive just about dug out the foundations for the piggery and then the
record 11 days floodrains that we have had last week kinda put a damper
on things...
You wont readily find small kits to buy readymade, I think you will find
more larger systems for sale, than smaller ones. To really have a ball
with this topic, subscribe to digestion@crest.org at www.crest.org that
is a biogas/digestion list. Maybe someone there can assist you more with
a small plant for sale. There is a lot of info tho on the web on how to
build one yourself, so I dont know if you really DO have to buy one.
Maybe someone from that list can offer to build one for you if they are
in your area?
DIG-L people, Joes adress is redmenaced@yahoo.com in case you want to
contact him, directly.
Im still open to hear from anyone who could give me some first hand
impressions of a gas fridge/freezer.... that would bring the pig system
full circle in terms of storing meat.... hmmmm....
Mike, JAMAICA, West Indies.
