DIG-L: legislations for biogas transport

Dear all,

We are looking for legislations about transportation of biogas by
canalizations : rules, standards, guidelines, norms, regulations,
state-of-the-art, specifications, etc. - made by national authorities or
biogas industry.
The aim is to assist people who intend to sell biogas to a remote user. They
usually have to produce a study for authorities in order to garantee
security and so on. A guidelines would be helpfull and avoid most worries
both for biogas producer and for administration.

Such documents exist for natural gas or chemical products. Is there
something similar for biogas, in which country ?

Thanks for your help.
