Flywheel Woes

Thanks to everyone for all the responses about what to do with
my flywheel, both on the list and directly.  Roderick Wilde even
called me at work.  Regardless of fault, the bottom line is to get
the EV on the road.  I got a call from Dave Foster of EVCC and he
is eager to resolve any and all problems I'm having with my setup.
It is now clear there is a gap between what I was expecting and
what I am getting, but the bottom line is that EVCC has made a lot
of these things and they work as advertised.  I am putting my
expectations aside and sending the flywheel back to him to correct
whatever is is that's wrong, and get the EV going.
