This paragraph about choking children got my attention. Tell us
more. Where does this happen? How often? How many children involved?
Are some of them dying? Older people affected too? Is this just a
problem in your local area? Is the problem worse now than ten,
twenty, thirty years ago? What is being done to make others
aware of the plight of these children?

Choking children is a serious enough matter to deserve some
explanation and discussion.

I hope you aren't making this up or exaggerating to make your
point about emmisions from larger vehicles.
