a taxing question...

Hello,

    Well I'm starting, just starting, to think about rounding up this
year's tax records and was just out to the IRS website looking for
something I vaguely remember being referred to as "Alternative Fuels"
form.  I didn't find anything even close.  Anybody know if there is such

a thing and is it true that you can deduct the cost of coverting a
vehicle to electric and can you tell me the specifics? Or the cost of
acquiring and driving an electric car??

I'm not a business just your average taxpaying joe.
