On a somewhat related note, I recall from the video tape shown at EVS14, a
scheme for "station cars" or "hire/rentals" in France where the car
appeared to be charged from underneath.  The car was simply parked, nose
first, into the parking stall and charging appeared to take place
inductively.  There were no cables, paddles or plugs to deal with.
