Zivan "Smoother" is not a charger. It is an equalizer that runs off the DC
battery pack, and can be used in conjunction with any charger. It doesn't
require the complicated interface of the Batticheq, and it doesn't control
the charger like the BAtticheq. It is independant of the charger.
Price is $950 for 10 batteries and $10 each additional battery. It's been
on our website for over a year.
I announced it in Nov '96.
