This may be a rhetorical question, but will the seal battery manufacturers
ever incorporate regulators into each battery? If they worry about QA in
other companies, and regs can lessen the chance of battery failure,
wouldn't built-in save them $ on warrantee claims in the long run? Just
wondering...
