If you have any trouble fitting batteries, you may want to look into the 6V
RT Optimas. They are the same A-hr rating as the 12V units, only half the
size. Besides being easier to fit into tight spaces, they can be (for lack
of a better description) hexagonally-close-packed (stacked like firewood),
so they actually take up less space.
