Yep, and though it probably wouldn't add MUCH to the price of gas, if the
total ($6+ bil?) for the Gulf War and the est. $1.3 bil for the current
exercise were added they'd make a noticable rise in gas prices. I sorta
think consumers should pay these costs for subsidizing "cheap" oil up
front -- in other words, the cost of mid-East wars should be immediately
reflected at the pump. Maybe EVs would be a little more attrractive.
