PWM motor controller info wanted

    Does anyone know of a source for a low priced PWM controller that is
rated at 60-72 volts and 15-20 amps continuous with perhaps a max rating of
50-100 amps?

    Failing that, any ideas on a good reference for building PWM
controllers?
