Tour de Sol Reports -- they are coming

Someone was lamenting the lack of Tour de Sol reports.  I will, once again, be
going on the entire tour and intend to interview and report on the teams and
the officials, to report intermediate and final results, and to try to give a
sense of what is happening and when.  My postings will be available here and at
the NESEA ATdS web site
                        www.nesea.org

There are also plans to put pictures on the site, but I am not directly
involved.  That is being done by  Michael.A.Schroeder@lmco.com .
