need decals for 1231C
Is there anyone super satisfied with the repairs from Curtis PMC?
I sent my chopper in to them under Warranty and got back one well
the same one repaired but without the nice label saying on road
chopper.
I know I should be thankful they even tried to fix it but still
would like it to look new. I might of got my truck from a salvage
yard but like the innovations I have designed showing the viability
of electric vehicles and their other aspects in society. When I
sent in my first chopper it took three years to get most of the
parts from them and repaired it myself. They kept the case and end
pieces on that one. I repaired an old 1221 B last month and get it
to work some what with only 240 amperes motor but have to find
better transistors to give higher current! In that respect I am
glad it isn't going short on most of the defective MOSFET's.
The next time I get a chopper I am going to use a Kodiak or
Grizz or Zappi or something better with more current power!
They said they were going to call me back for a week now and I am
getting very frustrated. I can do a lot of stuff but labels are not
my forte'. I can get cases anodized and replace transistors and
diodes but decals and labels make the units stand out and removal of
them makes it look like a repaired item. BTW Radio Shack had scopes
on sale with a curve tracer built in for repairing components for
two and a half bucks last month and it seems to be almost as good as
the Huntron Tracker. If anyone knows how I can get labels fron
Curtis PMC please let me know. Yolanda always seems to be in a
meeting. Actually they are all out to lunch when it comes to
customer satisfaction.
