Electric Auto Corp.

I received a few pieces of info from Electric Auto: a flyer with an ad from
11/96 issue of 'Electrical World', and one from 2/97 issue of 'Automotive
Industries'. What is funny is that the latter has, along with the RAV4-EV,
Ranger EV, EV1, NiMH and Zn-Air batteries, a picture of the Silver Volt I
captioned with "This bizarre-looking auto...", so even the "industry"
considers his car weird-looking!

Information on the 12V/94lb batteries has 68amps for 5hrs to 1.931V/cell,
100amps for 3hrs to 1.900V/cell, or 270amps for 1hr to 1.85V/cell; also,
1000amps for 30sec to 1.75V/cell. Con the more mathematically-inclined
figure a Peukert's number for them?
