Zivan K2 Charger Help Needed

We need some technical advice about repairing a Zivan K2 charger.

My students are preping our parallel HEV for the American Tour de Sol
with a departure from Tulsa set for Wednesday, May 6. Greg McCrea, the
Zivan fix-it guru is unavailable until next week and our Zivan dumped on
us last night. Can anyone offer some suggestions for an immediate
repair procedure?

Problem: While charging normally, the 20 Amp fuse in our line to the
batteries blew. Also, the 30 A fuse internal to the charger blew. When
we replace the internal fuse, it continues to blow, but our external 20
A fuse holds. We get a solid yellow LED and flashing red LED
indication. We have a 120 VAC 10A unit on 144 VDC flooded cell deep
cycle lead acid batteries.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting or how to repair? We don't have
time to get it to Greg for a repair.
