Truly realistically, unlike this speculation, is that the Congressional
Technology Assessment Office (hopefully about as unbiased as possible)
released the results of their EV safety study last year. EVs were judged
'substantially safer' than ICE vehicles in 9 of 11 categories, and EQUALLY
safe in the other 2 categories, SHOCK and accident potential.

They even went on to state that there would be significantly fewer deaths if
more vehicles were EVs.
