Hmmm.  Depends on what you are counting.  

If it's only on-road EVs, 99.99 percent is high.  But if you are counting
the hundreds of thousands of burden carriers, forklifts, golf cars, airport
shuttles and many other types of industrial EVs that quietly go about their
work day after day, everywhere in the industrialized world, 99.99 percent
conductive charging is probably *low*.

Without any exception of which I'm aware, these vehicles always charge
conductively -- and economically, safely, and reliably, I might add.
