When I saw SPUV in the header I thought "Cool, a Single Person Urban
Vehicle), like a Sparow Electric Personal Transportation Module (PTM).
How about SAVAGE for those Chevy Surburbans (Silly Ancient Vehicle Against
Good Environment).
