I would like to remind you that the charter of this lists states it
purpose. Ruled out in the charter is the EV/ICE debate. This list is for
the *promotion* and *discussion* of electric vehicles. And, an e-mail list
is a private thing, just like the US postal service.

If you really feel that EVs are not worth anything I don't see why you are
a member of this list. Please explain! Also, understand that 1/2 of the US
lives within 50 miles of the salt water and so very different world where
EVs are far more practical (I believe that means that about 1/2 the US
lives in about 10% of the USA and the other 1/2 in the remaining 90% of the
USA).
