Golly, I'd have thought that any two stroke of that era would be a proper
little stink-bomb, and worthy of an unceremomious meltdown :-) 

Most two cycles weren't too very clean anyway, but in bike engines they
tried to save weight by burning more fuel as a coolant rather than just
adding mass to the engine. That aside though this thing would make a head
turning conversion.
