Fair radio chargers

Hello,

I was thinking of purchasing a fair radio charger as a backup. I emailed
them to see if they still have them. This is the data they gave me:

PP1659A OUTPUT 0-135 VDC 0-20 AMPS. COARSE AND FINE VOLTAGE STEPS USING TWO
SWITCHES. VOLTMETER AND AMMETER $49.50 PLUS SHIPPING. 60 LBS

So, I heard that they did as high as 144 volts. Is that wrong? Is there
something you can do to the charger to get 144 volts?
Thanks,

		-Jeremy
