Hi David and all,

Those two-bolt crimp style terminals aren't fit to use on ICE starting
batteries let alone an EV. I know, I melted several. Most auto parts
shops label them emergency or temporary terminals and for good reason.
You might try checking with your local battery wholesaler. Most battery
shops also make cables. I got some made here in Kansas City for not much
more than it would have cost to do it myself. They did it right too,
welding cable, premium cable ends, and color coded heat shrink. Very
spiffy. One place you don't want to cut corners is on your cables and
lugs. I can't help you on the contactor, I would have loved to have
gotten one of those ones from George myself. Oh well.

BTW David, why don't you submit your EVcycle to the Photo Album. I don't
have any bikes in there yet.

Thanks,
