Kostov rpm Limit

Hello Everyone;
 
My Kostov came with spec's that say 4000 rpm at 144v continous.
 
What is the Maximum SAFE rpm this motor will run.  I've seen other literature the said it could to to 6000.
 
Anyone know the limit ?
