Or you could borrow one of these "Magic Miracle" desulfators and treat half of the 
batteries in the pack.  Then drive it carefully to see what happens, as far as I've been 
able to find out on the net, this kind of test has not been done.  
I say borrow one, 'cause the reports so far don't look promising enough to spend $100+ on 
your own.

On the off chance that it works and half the pack bounces back, I'd think that you'd want 
to keep and eye out for an untreated battery reversing.  Does this sound right to the 
experienced EVers?  Or is mixing bad and not so bad batteries such a bad idea that he 
shouldn't even try it?
