It is rated for 156V nominal - I was contemplating pushing the Raptor to
160V... I'd expect a 192V pack would blow it up the first day. 

Assuming you have a pack of sixteen 12-volt batteries, you'd have to
stay under 12.2V/battery to obey the "do not exceed" limit, and under
13.75V/battery to clear the "boom" limit. Fresh off the charger, the
batteries could easily exceed this. 

But he does list high-voltage versions on the web page...
