Boston,MA/USA area used battery exchange?

Anyone within an hour or two of Boston have a few used 6-volt batteries?
I have an old pack of T-145's and am interested in a replacing the worst
batteries so I can get my truck back on the road for a few weeks while I
make up my mind and order up a full set of new batteries. Any
not-quite-dead 125/145 or similar of any brand (but with flag terminals
for bolt connectors) would probably be good enough.

I've heard of west coast used battery exchange programs to save the
better batteries and junk only the clunkers from a pack. Someone else's
clunker is then traded for the donated better battery so that everyone
has the proper number of cores. Are there enough EVers in New England
for such a program?
