How about:

Low weight. (close to or less than 100 pounds if possible)

High efficiency. (90% or higher)

High torque. (around 100 ft/lbs at 400 amps, or higher)

Low or High voltage (Might need different motors.. EVs range from
96V.-336V, with  others lower or higher than that.)

High amps. (safely handles 1000 plus amps)

Internal ventilation, with input for forced air

Easily maintanable

Cheap!

Good insulation (takes high temperatures)

reliable

good customer support (easily be able to talk to the company.)

Works with commonly available controllers.

Compact size (about size of ADC 9" or smaller)

Thats all I can think of. Does anyone disagree? Does anyone want to add
anything?

I realize its a bit of a tall order. All of these might not work together.
BUt, it would be the ultimate motor
