TODAY -- CAMARILLO, CA UNVEILING OF CAMARILLO EV CHARGING STATIONS
Camarillo Premium Outlets, a premium outlet shopping center in
Camarillo, CA, will unveil three new electric vehicle (EV) charging
stations today at 4:00 p.m. in the main court area of the outlet
center. The mall decided to install the charging stations due to the
increasing popularity of EVs, and requests from consumers.

"We are offering this service at no charge to shoppers who own EVs to
help support this important environmental effort," said Terri Cameron,
center manager. "Shopping centers such as Camarillo Premium Outlets
are ideal locations for these charging stations. Customers can spend
time shopping or getting a bite to eat while their vehicles
recharge."

The unveiling and ribbon cutting ceremony will take place behind the
food hall in the main court area of the center. EVs including General
Motors' EV1, a Ford Ranger EV, and a Honda EV will be on display.
Julie Goldstein, infrastructure manager for Edison EV, said the new
chargers at Camarillo Premium Outlets will add a refueling site along
a major coastal corridor which has lacked charging stations.

"The center, adjoining the Highway 101 freeway, is a strategic link in
a chain of public charging sites that stretch from San Diego to Santa
Barbara," said Goldstein. The new chargers will serve as a "bridge
between other charging sites in the Ventura County area," which is
currently home to about 70 EVs and 13 charging sites. Contact: Terri
Cameron, Camarillo Premium Outlets, phone 805-445-8515. (CAMARILLO
